Hello, welcome to AM Reviews. I'm Angelina Maria, and on tonight's program, I will be discussing Sisters season 10, episodes 10 and 11, The Burbs, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, and Relationship Goals. Alrighty, let's get into it. First of all, just uh disclaimer and cautionary. It's gonna be a bit of a trigger one, trigger warning for like the sister stuff because it's gonna be like essay, that type of language, and and uh stuff like that, and rape that type of language, so trigger one and trigger warning. Also, just another caution. I do spoilers, that's how I remember it. And I so if you have not seen these programs, or have I sound so old. If you have not seen these, um I'm gonna kind of spoil some things that's kind of how I remember it. So just caution. Anywho, let's get into it. First up on the program, we have like I said, Sisters season 10, episodes 10 and 11. I just want to say this Courtney. I love what he is doing with Sisters. I like that he, especially with Danny's storyline. I know some people kind of like was like over it, or like, you know, we did this before, but like I said, what he is doing is taking a storyline that technically already existed, uh, which was like season four, five, and six, and he's pretty much redoing it, but I feel like he's doing it more carefully than Tyler did. But anywho, let's get into it. Episode 10 is called Big is Us. Just a few things happen um in this episode, of course. First off, like the episode pretty much like finishes well, starts off at the finish of episode 9, of course, where um Danny had like had drinks and Maurice after they had visited um Sabrina. And Tony had like checked in on her and was like, Hey, you know, what's going on? You know, what's going on with you, making sure she was safe and stuff like that. So he was like, I don't want you to be, you know, alone. What if dude come back? This, this, that, and the third. So he was like, uh, she ended up going over Andy's house and stuff like that. So she, you know, we see them wait, like, he's waiting by her door and stuff like that. So one thing I love is once again, like I said, with with Courtney's writing is Danny and Tony sleep together, but not like have sex. And she was like, you know, he was like, I'm just gonna sleep on the couch. And she was like, You too big for that. And what if I want you to lay next to me? And he was like, No, I ain't trying to do all that. And I think it was for two reasons. One, I'm not trying to have sex with you, and then two, it's like, what the ordeal you just had, I don't think you should be trying to do all that. And Danny wasn't on that type of time, and I think he didn't want to make her feel rushed into anything or or anything like that. It's like, nah. So I um she was like, No, I'm not trying to be on that type of time. I I just you know, I would feel more comfortable if you was next to me. And those two, of course, the next morning end up having a talk. And I love that because in season five, which I'm of course have this, you know, a video for another time, but back in season five when Tyler wrote it, he wrote it where Preston was like quick to try to jump Danny's bones, and then when he didn't want to um marry her, when she didn't want to marry him, and this, you know, he was he was like I would say he handled a way. I'm sorry for sweating. Sorry, it's hot. So anywho, he didn't want to um he didn't know how to deal with Danny or help Danny or anything like that. I felt like he he Tony's doing a better job, and Danny's this in with Danny and this ordeal, and it's like it wasn't as bad, even though dude is stalking her, like Officer Green is is stalking her, he outside her door. She don't know it, like literally, thank God Tony did Tony was on some like nah. What if dude come back? She like, I don't think he's coming back. No, ma'am, he's been at your house every day. He's just that you wasn't there, your neighbors know, you know, and he was literally outside her house. Um, so of course, Dan I mean not Danny, Andy and uh Fatima, they have a talk a little bit about Hayden and you know him dating Cheyenne and stuff like that, or even Cheyenne like also pushing up on Zach because Fatima's introduction to Cheyenne was Zach trying to like push her off, like I got a woman, which I had said before in previous um episode. I had said that, you know, Fatima didn't make her status known. When she said, Well, who are you? She should have said his woman or you know, his fiancee. She didn't do that. She said, I work with Andy. Oh, okay, and like, so why are you upset that I'm talking to this man? You know, so I feel like she should have made her status more known. They also talk about Mr. Keys and what he may or may not have going on with Andy mama, and also the fact that he, I think she did tell her that he's Zach's dad and stuff like that because he is. Um, yeah. So, anywho, they also talked about Dr. Vaughn and their dating, well, Andy's date with him and stuff like that. Um, another thing that also went on in this episode was Danny Maurice and Pam held um interviews and they didn't go well. They was all bad except for Cheyenne. Cheyenne was the only person that came through with something, which I'm gonna say this. I believe that this um salon is gonna grow Danny and Maurice up. Because, and I do like, once again, just back to Courtney's writing, I like the fact that he made Maurice a person that has a cosmetology uh license. And that's good because Danny doesn't, you know, and I feel like Danny's the way the owners, I feel like the way it's gonna be broken up is like Pam's gonna be Roots to Riches um entrepreneur, and she's also gonna be the content creator that helps drive the business and stuff like that. I feel like Maurice is gonna be probably like head stylist, him and then Cheyenne is probably gonna be second um head stylist. And then I feel like Danny's really gonna do like the books. Like, I feel like she's gonna be the person that really handles the business and and really be like the the manager manager. Like if you have a problem or if you really want to get something done, you might want to talk to Miss Daniela King versus Pam. Because Pam, don't I'm gonna be honest. When the show first started, which back to Tyler's writing, I love you, Boogie Booby. Let's come on. When the show first started in season one, Danny was the supervisor, she was over all the people that was at the front desk. That's why, like, when she ended up, that's how she met Preston. Somebody else was taking over. She had to take over for the for the girl. She used to do that a lot, like, oh girl, you know, it ain't that big deal. She used to override stuff and do stuff. So that's how I started off. And I feel like that's what we kind of gonna get back to. But I feel like Danny's gonna really run the salon and it and it might help her, um, and grow her up and stuff like that. And of course, Andy, also another thing that happened in this episode was Andy had a uh talk with Hayden, pretty much let him know, like, what you pulled at the restaurant trying to do all that? Don't be doing that no more. And I think she also kind of told him, stay away from my sister if memory serves me correct. And then he was like, Well, who's in whose personal business now or whatever? And it's like, bruh, don't don't play with me. Because I think she's a name partner, a managing partner. So it's like, bruh, if she really wants to, she can fire you. If you weren't so profitable, you wouldn't be here, you wouldn't have no job. Um, next up is uh 1011, which is uh counter blow, which is the mid-season finale. Um Fatima actually confronts uh Mr. Keys and says, Hey, I heard what you said on the phone about you being a daddy and you having to um talk to um talk to him and tell him what's up. Um talk tell Zach what's up that you the father and you're gonna do it in your own time, and I overheard you, and you're gonna have to hurry up and do that because I feel like I'm lying to him. And I don't want to do that. I don't want to lie to Zach. I don't I don't want it to be that. Um also actually what happened in this episode. I I said it happened in the last one, but it happened in this one in 1011. Uh we found out that's when we found out Maurice is a uh cosmetologist, and it actually guest stars B. Simone, and that's who Harry ends up doing is hers. Um, Rich kind of upset me in this episode. Um, because Rich usually don't talk down about Danny. He usually one of the people in her corner. And I understand this is what I feel. I feel like because people have been talking like first, Zach was the first person to kind of say something about Maddie, and be like, oh, I see y'all kind of got a little chemistry. Then Tony kind of says something or whatever, you know, she's attractive. I notice y'all chemistry. I feel like he noticed it too, and and I feel like he wants to do something. But the thing is, he can't really do nothing about it because of the fact that he he feel like if he started dating her, what if Sabrina, what if Sabrina come up off the coma? What if Sabrina stopped being what have you, you know? So I think he his anger is misplaced because I think he once again he wants to he want to be with somebody and he had already cheated or messed around with Penelope, so he don't want to actually start somewhat with her, and then Sabrina pulls through, and y'all was trying to figure something out. So I feel like he kind of taking his frustration out or his whatever out when it comes to Danny. I feel like, sorry about that, y'all. That's my phone. Um, I feel like he taking his uh his anger is misplaced. Like you want to talk about Danny a hoe, and she doing whole shit, and he captain Saber Ho. And it's like, bruh, what? What are you talking about? Because you were just the one talking about, oh Tony, you love her and you know you love her, so you need to figure that out. Now she a hoe. Now she for the streets. What? I'm so confused. Which one is it, Rich? And I just feel like his anger is misplaced because I feel like he does want to get something going with Maddie, but he don't wanna come off like he don't care about Sabrina. Another thing, also, I actually love the way they are introducing Maddie, like slowly but surely weeding her in. I also like the fact that they're weeding her in via Fatima. I like that because Cheyenne is gonna be technically shared between Danny and Andy. Like she's Andy's sister, but she's gonna be Danny's employee. So it's gonna, Cheyenne is gonna kind of be in between them two. I love that. And then I love that um, because Cheyenne and Andy don't have the best relationship, but I feel like Cheyenne and Danny is gonna have a really good relationship because look how she responded to her in episode nine. She, oh, Cheyenne, even at 10, like she spoke her up and she was like, girl, I didn't think you was gonna come. Like Cheyenne and Danny are already look like they're gonna have a pretty decent relationship. So I feel like Cheyenne is gonna make Danny mature because Cheyenne, poof, that's getting chow, chow. Um, they Cheyenne is on lean. Like Cheyenne snorting powder, she on lean. Like Danny smoke weed, Danny drink or whatever, but she don't do all it extra. So I feel like she's gonna be the one to make Danny be like, all right, if I clean up, she'll probably clean up, or I could get her to clean up, we clean up together. Um, speaking of Andy, Andy and Tima actually continue their conversation about Mr. Keys and why they don't trust him and what's going on with that and things like that. Um continuing on Andy. Andy and Danny talk the future of Sabrina because the thing is Sabrina has Danny as her, I think, next to kin or on her emergency contact for her job. But of course, they don't really hold no weight in the hospital because they're like, okay, you're not her blood, you're not married to her, or nothing like that. So you really can't make no um decisions. I would say this. I do, I feel like this. Courtney feels like he has to give Sabrina the same courtesy that Karen was awarded. Karen literally got the whole season nine to say farewell. Like, and I feel like that's what we're doing with Sabrina. But my thing is this we all know as fans that nobody is no longer on the show. Sabrina's no longer a character. My thing is, can we wrap this up? Like, I don't need her funeral to be the season finale. Cause it's gonna be like that's kind of dumb. Like, just wrap it up, bruh. That's the only thing he dragged it out, in my opinion. But he I think he he's like, hey, we're gonna give her the same courtesy that that was given to Karen. We're gonna give her a whole season. Everybody's gonna say the goodbyes, everybody's gonna say how they feel, how great she was, this, that, and the third. So I do get that, but it's still like, we know if she's gone, just let it go. Um, but they was talking about like, you know, the future of her, or either because I think Danny's trying to become like going to Andy, like, hey, let me legally get guardianship over her. Because technically she can't make decisions for herself. And I actually know her, and I've been friends with her since we 18 years old. Girl, we 36. I've been I've been knowing the girl half her life, and the only other person that knew her just as good is her grandmama, and that lady been dead a few years now, so it's like that type of time. Um, I one thing I do love, love, love. Once again, back to Courtney's writing, and I just love what he's doing. I feel like this Courtney either was a fan of the show, or he went back and did his homework because he I love what he this season is like an homage to what the show was and where he's probably going to take it on uh on the new dawn of sister or the new day of sisters. I like that. Either he did his homework or he always been a fan or he always been around. I don't know, but whatever. Um, I love how he recreated the original sister circle or the first sister circle. A lot of people do not know this because a lot of people don't like to go back to season one or just don't remember. The original sister circle was actually had at Danny's house, uh, I want to say episode uh season one, episode three, bleeding in episode four, uh something like that. Because that's when everybody found out that Gary was married, and because Danny thought Gary was cheating on Andy, and she was finna go and confront him. So she called Sabrina, like, do you see what I'm seeing? And then Sabrina called Karen, and Karen called Andy, literally playing telephone, uh-huh. And uh she was like, I'm they she was like, Well, what she look like? She was like, it don't matter because they both about to be bloody. Like, that's what she finna look like, a blood stain. And that's when they set up there, and she was like, No, that's his wife, you know. So she was like, My house, bring liquor, 30 minutes, and they all had the first sister circle, they smoked and everything, and that was actually the first time. But Danny was like, just talk to Calvin or break it off with him or figure it out. Um, last but not least, and I'm gonna move on to the next thing. We have Fatima finds out about Officer Green. Technically, Danny was saying, literally in the middle of telling them, like, hey, I wasn't honest last time. As y'all know, I was not raped, but I was sexually assaulted. Dude did try to rape me. Another thing I love that Courtney is doing, I know it's like, dang, you just singing his praises, but I really love it. I love that he's using a language that Tyler Perry should have used over a hundred episodes ago. Like, Danny got raped by um Jonah, and then he technically stalked her. Then he came back and tried to kill her. My thing is this, he like she that assault actually happened, like that happened, and then they made it, oh but he spit on her. He also raped her. He also choked her, he also beat her, he also suplexed her, he also slapped her around. Like, he did a lot of things. Like he did a lot, and the fact that it was like brush this, oh, Danny slabbed a man and it didn't go well. No, that's James. That's what happened with James. She slebbed a man and it didn't go the way she intended it for it to go. That was her sleeping with James. You got your J's messed up. And then for it to go with Officer Green and then keep using the language sexual assault, SA, raped, almost raped, things like that. It's like, well, dang, why they going so hard on the language with this? Y'all didn't, you know, it wasn't even that big of a deal. It's like, no, it's almost like we had to reenact it so that y'all can go back and almost look at what happened. That's why he brought Jonah back up. Jonah is still relevant to this. And that's what she was saying. Like, you know, I was just thinking about some of my some of my other things that I had been through. And they get a knock on the doors, like, and they still was like, why don't you go to the police? Like, now they start asking, like, hey, well, who did it? Why don't you go to the police? This, this, that, and the third. And knock, knock, knock. Somebody knocking on the door. And they said, Oh, Tina, can you go get the door? She's like, sure, girl, got you. She goes gets the door. Now, mind you, because she goes into detail, what happened? Like, dude tried me. I beat them with a cast iron skillet. And this happened about three days ago. That's what she said. Now, mind you, her bruises are starting to heal. That's why Danny says you starting to see Danny go outside more. Her bruises are starting to heal and stuff like that. So you say you beat somebody with a cast iron skillet about three days ago. You don't want to go to the police. It's a police officer sitting at your door with bruises and bandages that look like he suffered wounds that's about three days old. And you said a cast iron skillet, right? Uh-huh. But Tima puts two and two together because he snitched on himself. She puts two and two together, and she like, yo, bruises look about as old as Danny's bruises. And she ain't been wanting to go to the police. She been acting weird. That makes sense. And then the thing about it, because Fatima asked, like, Fatima and Andy, they was like, it was a Tony, because they also asked, like, this gotta be somebody familiar. And that's usually who assaults you. So I really can't wait to see what they're gonna do when I pick it back up. I can't wait to see the second half of this. I'm really, really like excited for it and things like that. But what I will rate, if I have to be honest, because I'm a rate, I like to rate stuff. If I have to rate the first half of Sisters, because I was almost done with Sisters. Like after season nine, I was almost done with Sisters, and I had watched the uh premiere, and then I had fell off like a month. I'm not gonna hold you. And then I usually buy every season, so when I had bought it, I was like, Oh, okay, let me just go ahead and catch up. I was like three, four episodes behind. I caught up and I was like, dang. I yeah, I was like five episodes behind because I think episode six was coming out, and I was like, What? And um, I like what he was doing, I was like, dang. And he also just made Tony look like a better man. I'm looking like, but he I like the fact that he was also flawed. And Tony spent like four episodes apologizing to Danny. I'm just saying. Anywho, we're moving on. But if I had to rate it, um, I would give it a nine out of ten. I love what Courtney's doing. If he keeps this up, only thing that he's doing that I don't, I'm like, please, can we move on? Is the Sabrina thing, but I do get it because it's like we we gave um we gave Karen a whole season of farewell, and we you know, so we're gonna give you that same courtesy, that same luxury. So I I I do like that moving on. Next up on the program, we have The Burbs, which is a Peacock original. It does start uh Kiki Palmer. Um, I'm gonna say this. I just saw the thing I picked up for season two. I am so freaking excited. It is really, really good. It's a really, really good show. So it's like a comedy drama thriller. So pretty much what happens is Samira Fisher, who is played by Kiki Palmer, excuse me. Um I think it's some I think it's pronounced Samira. It might be Samira. Oh Lord Jesus. Samira, I don't pronounce it Samira. Maybe Samira though. Anyway, Kiki Palmer's character, Miss Fisher, uh, I think it's Samira, Samira Fisher. Um, she is a lawyer and a wife and a new mom. I think they may be like five months old, four months old, something like that. No older than six months old. And she's married to a British guy by the name of Rob Fisher. Now, mind you, he is a British guy, but he came to the States, I think, of like 13 or 14 or something like that. And his parents retired, and they now live on like cruise ships and stuff like that. So pretty much they was living in New York. Um, they was living in New York, but since the parents retired, they was like, why don't you take over our home? I will say it is it is um set in the Midwest. How I know I'm from Chicago, and when they said Giordano's, I said, that's uh Midwestern place. I thought it was Illinois, somewhere in Illinois, but I think it's like our neighbor, our neighbors like uh Ohio or something. But I think it's like uh it's definitely set in the Midwest. Anywho, so of course she's married to him. He's a book editor, and then he has an Indian friend. By the name of Naveen. And they grew up together. Okay. And then spoiler alert, spoiler alert, spoiler alert. So if you did, when I say this is a good thriller, it's a good comedy drama thriller. So if you have not seen it, I'm finna spoil some stuff. If you're weird about spoilers, you might have to go on rush on past. Anywho. So Samyra, who is a new mom, you know, she's on maternity leave. She's tending to their uh son, which I can't think of that baby. Miles. That's that baby name. Miles. So she's tending to their new son, Miles, or whatever. And she has a uh brother by the name of Langston, which I can't think of his name. His name RJ something. That's the dude from um The Heart of They Fall and stuff. He was the uh quick draw dude. No, he wasn't. That was uh what's my face? The key standard. Uh he was the other one. I'm trying to think of something he was doing by himself, but I can't think. So, anywho, while Samara is while Samara's at home, she's trying to, you know, while her husband's at work, she's like trying to get well acquainted with the neighbors in the neighborhood because she's from New York, fish out of water. So, okay, cool. And she has this conversation with her brother where it's like, um, he was like, Why don't you find some friends? Why don't you make some friends or whatever? So, anywho, she ends up, you know, uh, she was playing, uh, she loves the song, back that ass up, which makes sense. I mean, you a millennial, that's your charm. Actually, even if you're not a millennial, I know they said they take on for the 99 in 2000. If you like to twerk dance, that's your song. I'm sorry, like that's that's just it. Anywho, so while she plays this, a lady by the name of Lynn Gardner like knocks on her door and knocks on her window and her car and was like, Can the baby listen to that? And she was like, Yeah, he's fine. Like, what? And then she's like, um, she was like, I'm Rob's right. She's like, Oh, it's a murderer we heard of you. Okay, we found out you're real. And she ended up befriending the lady. The lady's in uh uh uh a friend, she's the neighbor. I think she lives a couple doors down, um, a couple houses down. Then she ends up befriending another lady by the name of uh Dana, who is ex-military and a lesbian. She's a middle-aged lesbian. Her wife is on um what is it called? She, her wife on duty, pretty much. Like her wife is on duty doing a mission or something. She befriends another person by the name of Todd Mann, one D, two N's, who is kind of like an incel, but at the same time, he's also kind of like a spy, you know. So, yeah. So she befriends these three people, and when they start talking, they noticed this Victorian house, this red Victorian house. I want to say it's the color because memory serves me correct. Um, and as they remember the um, they see this house, it's unkept, look real spooky, look real creepy. So Samara was like, What's up with the house? She first asked her husband. He like, I don't know what you're talking about. Then he ended up, then she ended up asking them, and they was like, Yeah, I don't know. Like, this is all before us. Now, mind you, Lynn had been here the longest. She's been there 15 years. Like I said, Naveen and Rob grew up there, but they uh Naveen never left um the place. I can't even think of the name of the place. I probably should have got that. Um Hinckley Hills is the name of the place. My apologies. Um, Hinckley Hills is the name of the place. So she ends up leaving. Uh uh Rob leaves, of course. Hinckley Hills goes to New York, of course. Me, Samara, Mary have baby, all that. So, anywho, she started asking about the house. So one day, they asked about the house, then they see literally the way that car drove up is crazy. That car sped up, put a for sale sign in the yard, and then sped off even faster. It was the craziest freaking thing. So, okay, cool. Somebody buys the house. No, they do an open house, they go in the house, they see the creepiness of the house. She goes look at the closets, they go look at everything. I think a light flickered, something happened, and then Samari was like, I'm out. And she literally left. So that same day, house got sold. So as soon as the house gets sold, it gets sold to this man by the name of Gary. Very weird guy. This very, very weird guy, not very friendly. That put he puts cameras all over the place. He literally moves in in the middle of the night. He brings in Wilson looks like a body, all types of stuff. So now she wants to know not only, not only does she want to know about Gary, she because she still wants to know about the house. Like, she's like, What's going on with this house? And I was going on with the dude that moved into this house. So she's starting to still kind of question Rob more and more and more. And as he she's questioning him, she's slowly but surely getting answers accidentally. Who's Allison? Because that's the girl, you know, was their friend. Come to find out, they had a friend by the name of Allison, Robin Naveen, and she went missing. She wanted to be, I think, a backup dancer for Beyonce, actually. Or Destiny Child. That's what it was. It was Destiny Child. That's how I'm like, oh yeah, baby, they ain't even a group no more. What the heck? So she went to backup dance for them. She ended up meeting up with this dude. And she ended up trying, I think, trying to go to New York, actually. And um, if not Hollywood, but I want to say it was New York she was trying to go to, which is funny because girl, Destiny Child from Texas. You should have been trying to go west, not east. Anywho, uh, she ends up, she comes up missing. So in the beginning, she tries to give Samara tries to give Gary, the neighbor who now lives in the creepy Victorian house or the old Victorian house. She tries to give him some brownies because she wants to know more. Like, I what's up? What's to this? So he she goes back, I think, to get the brownies because he literally didn't open the door, nothing. Like, but the camera turned towards her and everything. Didn't open the door to get the brownies, nothing. So she likes, you know what? I want my plate back. He ended up calling the police. So the person he ended up calling was Danny Daniels, who, which is stupid, because why would you name your child Daniel Daniels? Disney girl is a junior, so the stupidity has been going on in this family for quite some time. And he's a jerk cop, just like his father before him. He used to bully Naveen and used to bully Rob. I forgot what he called Naveen, Naveen the Ping, is what he called Naveen. And I forgot what he called the Rob, because Rob is British. He used to call him something. So cool. He's a douchebag or whatever. And he's married to Agnes' daughter, which I think Lauren. That's her name. Agnes' daughter, who Agnes is the HOA lady. She's a jerk too. And her daughter is a jerk as well. Her daughter necessarily is a jerk. Her daughter, she kind of, she's not a jerk. She's just hmm self-absorbed a little bit. Like if you pay attention to her, she don't seem like it. She tries too hard to be nice because it's like you're not actually a nice person. But okay. Anywho, so he the police gets called on her. Of course, Todd, Dana, and Lynn feel bad because like the police get called on her, but and she ended up getting locked out of her house. So if it wasn't for her husband coming just in time, they wasn't like, What you doing here? We was called, we was called to uh, it was a black person, and she was like, What the heck? Like, dude was like, I'm not racist. He was she was like, but look at how that looked though. You you call black person, and dude was like, When you fit the description, it's like, really?

SPEAKER_00

Really?

SPEAKER_01

So, bit of a jerk, stuff like that. So, as like I said, the big mystery is that Samaria wants to know what's going on with this house, and then more so what's going on with Allison. So she ends up going to like the library, trying to get um some uh information on it, and it was like in the newspaper and stuff like that. Baby, she goes to look for that stuff, they get to burning it up. When they go to see that the it got burnt up, she goes to check on her neighbor Gary. Gary's burning it up, but she could tell at first, she just knew he was setting a fire. Cool. She tried to get the HOA lady involved, and the HOA lady Agnes was like, Well, technically, he's not in the room. Okay, cool. So, fast forward a little bit, they go, oh, Agnes, the HOA lady, her dog ends up um with a bone in her mouth. So this since Samara would think, well, she was scratching at like the basement um to the uh old Victorian house, which is actually right next door to Lynn. Well, it's in like her yard or whatever. So she ends up being like, Well, um, I think something going on. Like, why the dog scratching at that? The dog pulled the bone, whatever. At the same time, as Samira's starting to go out a little bit more, she ended up meeting Rory, which Rory is a uh sunflower. Oh, she's a sunflower scouting is what they call. Sunflower scout, she's a mother's helper. So she ended up like helping Samira with the baby, and of course, she meets her at Lynn's house because she would get them cookies and stuff. Cool. Well, sell them cookies and stuff. So cool. So then, like I said, fast forward a little bit, and when the dog comes with the bone, they like, well, let's find our way in hell. So oh, the dog, Agnes' dog go missing. So when Agnes' dog go missing, Agnes blames Agnes and Lynn don't get along. Okay. Agnes and Lynn don't get along because Agnes used to sleep with Lynn's husband. Lynn just didn't know it yet. Until Agnes' husband told her. So Agnes' husband tells Lynn, right? And he also used to be a cop, and he was over Danny Daniels' father, who was the scene. And he was like, Yeah, y'all ain't know that, you know. Because her husband, uh Lynn's husband has a walk-in freezer because he was like, I think he was in like culinary arts and he definitely baked pies and stuff. And what he would do is he would let the lady had a walk-in freezer every year. Mind you, you doing that because you also sleeping with the lady. Yeah, she known his wife the whole time. She just didn't know. Cool. So, like I said, fast forward, they go try to sneak into the house or whatever. Because they Samara was like, something not right about this house. This Gary dude moved too weird for me. So when they go in the house, it's a woman in the house. So they like, well, who are you? No, and the door was also ajar. That's what it was. The door was ajar. And she like, well, who the heck are you? And she was like, Oh, I'm I'm sorry about that. She was like, Oh, I'm Betsy. And they like, Betsy, who the heck is that? She was like, Oh, I'm uh I'm Gary's wife. Wife? Why ain't we never seen you nowhere? So cool. All right, they get to talk to the lady now. Mind you, tap uh Todd and Lynn are talking to the lady to distract her, right? While Dana and Samar try to go in the basement to see if the dog down there. No, I'm lying. Lynn had the baby. Lynn had Miles. That's who she had. She had Miles, and Todd was distracting the lady, right? So he could distract him Betsy, and they was like, You got a snack or anything? Because they made it seem like they was bringing Lick as a as a uh housewoman gift, which kind of goes makes sense because she tried to do it before, and that's when she did it with the brownies. Cool. So she made it seem like that, and the housewoman gift was actually liquor, I think it was Chardonnay that uh Dana was giving. Lynn, Lynn didn't want it. She was like, You know, she was never drinking it, you never noticed that. So she had like all them bottles. So the lady, you know, they talked to the lady or whatever, keep her keep got Betsy distracted while uh Dana and uh Samara go downstairs in the basement. They get to digging a hole in the cement to the point where they not bust a pipe in a flooding people's basement. Of course, when they do this, Gary just so happened to come home. So he upset. Upset. So the husband who's even more upset is Rob. Because Rob is like, bro, why are you so hell bent on knowing this? Why can't you just let this go? Like, dude didn't already call the police on you. Dude don't like you. What the heck is going on? Now, mind you, at the same time, Lynn is sitting up there in their house, don't went through their house a couple times. The first time she was over there to watch the baby, she ended up going through his file where I said he had like anger issues, referring to um Rob, Samara's husband. Second time she goes over there, this woman talking about she had a headache. This woman ended up accidentally taking a benzino, a benzo. Is that what it's called? Benzola, whatever the heck that drug is. She ended up taking one of them on accident. Cause you swoop through these people's medicine. Okay, cool. Like I said, so fast forward a little bit more. And like I said, spoiler alert, spoiler alert. So fast forward a little bit more, she started like she gets her husband involved because she's like, it's a woman there, this, this, that, and the third. So somehow she ended up, um, they had like a black club party. She wasn't gonna go, but she ended up going or whatever. But by this point in time, people like, hey, do you think Rob is problematic? Have you had any issues with Rob? And she was like, No, he's fine, he's the sweetest person I know. They was like, Well, you know, Allison went missing, and his name is in her closet. And then it would couple with him that file. So they was like, How do we not know he didn't have a hand in it? Because he won't don't want to talk about her. So she had one night, they had went to when he was upset with her um about the whole situation of them going in the house, her going in the house and stuff, she uh ended up, she she went to sleep, but she didn't she went to sleep, she laid down. He ended up leaving the house and going in the uh in the woods behind the house. So when he ended up doing that, she she noticed he left, so she went to check. And coming to find out, he met her. He was like, Oh no, I just I just went downstairs for some water. I watched you leave and come back. Okay, okay. So she don't trust him. And after the block club party, she ended up going through to do all Rob stuff and the parents' stuff, because I think his mama was a therapist, memory serves me correct. And when she went through all the stuff, she ended up finding the girl's phone, Allison's phone, the old missing friend phone, and saw a voicemail, or heard a voicemail where she says, Well, he says something about like this ain't funny, you're fucked, or something like that. And with that, Samara was like, Oh heck no, he might have done it. So she calls Rory over and says, Hey, can you watch miles? I need to go go somewhere real quick. And what happened was um, because this was after the block club when he gets into it with Naveen, because Naveen is going through a divorce. So Naveen, his wife, her name is Megan, and she ends up sleeping with they dentist, and she would tell him she needs fill-ins.

SPEAKER_00

Yo, that's that's crazy. That's wild.

SPEAKER_01

I need a fill-in. Uh-huh. Don't you? Girl, like she needs a teeth cleaning. I'm pretty sure she does. He was drilling her mouth, but not in the way that you think. Anywho, anywho, so he's going through a divorce and he kind of was like kind of doing the most at the um little block club and made it scene. And um, him and Rob getting to it. And so when somebody says him, it almost makes it look like he just like spazzing and going off. So she like, you know what, let me see what they're talking about. You know, they might not be wrong. And she ended up going through the office, and when she did, that's when she found everything. So now she thinking her husband might have either killed his friend or had something to do with the reason why she's missing. Like she pretty much wonder why. Because Naveen kind of like gave them missing pieces. So somehow she ended up um, because they used to have like this uh this little underground hideout, but it was like connected to the old Victorian house, like all that's connected. So they used to have like this little hideout or whatever, and she ended up going to where it was, and when she did, she saw like a shrine of the old friend Allison and everything, and she pretty much was like, I think you did it. And he was like, Well, let me tell you the truth, like let me tell you what really went on. So she ended up telling the truth, and he was like, Because what happened was she went to be a backup uh dancing for destiny child, she ended up going to meet some guy, and when she went to go meet some guy, she was supposed to be gone for the weekend and come back. Well, what happened was of course he ended up trying to kidnap her. So when he he uh ended up kidnapping her or do whatever, she went missing. By the time they finally told the police, she had already been gone already the first two days, they waited an additional two days because they was trying not to get her in trouble. So they did what they thought was the best thing, but that's they had pretty much lost her after that. Like, cool, so they never knew what happened to her. Okay, cool. So now, because for a minute it went from Gary to now I might be robbed. Because Gary's still weird, but now I might be robbed. So when she found out, okay, Rob didn't do it, she was like, but I still need to find out what's going on with that house and what the heck is going on with Gary. So they end up following Gary because oh no, this is what happened. So after that, she just said, you know what's funny? Gary's wife looked like this girl. And she's like, What are you talking about? He was like, That's Allison. He was like, Well, that girl kind of looked like Gary's wife. And she's like, Are you serious? So I think he he uh showed up a picture. So Naveen and um Naveen and um Rob end up seeing that it's her, finding out that it's her, and when they did, they thinking, like, okay, what's what's up with Gary? Like, is Gary holding her hostage? This, this, that, and the third. So what happens is she ended up, they end up following Gary, come to find out, people have been going missing, right? So she was the first one to go missing. Then it ended up being um Gary's brother, because Gary's brother used to own like this little bar or whatever. And when he owned the bar, somebody went to buy it, and he was like, Man, it's not for sale. So cool. So his brother went missing, Allison went missing, they trying to figure out well what the heck happened, why did it happen, and what the heck is going on. So them two play like they was married to get because they both was trying to figure out what was going on. So cool. So come to find out, Gary ain't aware though, or whatever. But Gary also ends up going missing. I think he ended up dead, but he ended up going missing. So they now they're trying to figure out because now we're trying to find Gary. Okay. So now we're trying to find Gary. Spoiler alert, spoiler alert, spoiler alert. What happens is what done happened, is and by the way, uh Agnes done pass the HOA, she's the HOA president. She done pass during the block club, she ended up passing the mantle to her daughter, like Lauren. So, and the house, the old Victorian house, is originally belonged to the dude who created Hinckley Hills, uh, which I can't think of his real name. Um, but the care the person that's they they picked was Tom Hanks. I don't know if he ever gonna pop up on the show for real, for real, or not. So, anywho, um, so anywho, they done followed him, like I said, and then they come to find out Gary is now missing. Now what the heck is going on? So now we're in the hunt for Gary. Come to find out the garbage man, like I said, spoiler spur. Come to find out the garbage man is sitting up here taking out the trash.

SPEAKER_00

Now who is hiring him? I don't know. I don't know.

SPEAKER_01

But yeah. So that's pretty much what happened. He uh it's it's really, really good. I'm not gonna talk about the last last scene because the dagger of season two and I wanna see where the heck that goes. So the garbage man is revealed, but I'm not gonna go into this final, final scene. If I have to write this, I'm not gonna hold you. I do give it an eight out of ten. It's a really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really, really good watch. I am so glad that it gets getting a season two. It deserves it. Anywho, next up on the program is a knight of the seven kingdoms. Okay, so this is an HBO show. Plus, by the way, uh The Burbs is a Peacock show. Um, anywho, the uh Knight of A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, it's the HBO Max show. So pretty much so what it is is it follows this dude who is a hedge knight, um Sir Duncan the Tall, aka Dunk, right? So he was as he was a what's it called? A sire? Squire, squire, I think that's what it's called. He was a squire to Sir Arling of Penny Tree, right? So this dude, he ended up, like literally when the show starts up, he ends up, and it's like part of the Game of Thrones whole family. I think he is before though. So House of Dragon, I think it's like two, three hundred years before. I think this might be like maybe a hundred years before or 75 years before. Something like that. So it's like literally in between that House of Dragon, it's after House of Dragon, but before Game of Thrones type time. Anywho. So like I said, if I was so Dunkin' the Tall, right? And when the show starts up, and it's six episodes. When the show starts up, it starts up with him literally burying somebody. It's raining, he's burying somebody you've seen with three horses. So you like, okay, cool. Now, mind you, there was one thing I will say, and spoiler alert, spoiler alert, he literally poops, but it's kind of gross and funny at the same time because the way that poop shoots out his butt is rinsey. It literally is like what is happening? Like, y'all really A, y'all shot this, B, y'all edited this. C, y'all actually looked and was like, Yeah, the people gonna love this. That scene, I think we could have dealed without it. We get it. But it's kind of that the first of all, you're gonna see the show is crazy because even when you it's it's the scene of Sir Arletin, I think in the second episode, first of all, very huge penis, very huge, and he pined. It don't even look real, it actually looks a little weird, and he's pin, and it's just like, all right, but I okay. We all right. I think I was too young for the show.

SPEAKER_00

This is not for children.

SPEAKER_01

Anywho, so Sir Duncan is going on and he wanna fight in the tournament because he's trying to make some money or whatever. So I think they call it the tawny or something, but he's trying to fight or whatever because he he ain't got no money. He need he needs a few dollars and he's trying to, you know, get everything going. So cool. Along the way, he ended up going to this inn, and when he went to this inn, he sees this little boy. So he likes thinking the boy is a uh is it a stable boy, that's what he think he is, and he thinks that he like work for the people that were uh he's the child of the people that own in or work for the inn. Cool. So he ends up uh drinking or whatever, having to drink in his meal, and he sees a Targaryen. He didn't know it was a Targaryen, but he ended up seeing him and dude, like I saw you in my dream, stay the F away from me. What the heck, dude? You drunk. Dude pays little whatever, and then he gone upstairs. So he happens something made him go outside for some reason, and when he just so happened to go outside, he ended up seeing the little boy on his horse, and he was like, bruh, get off this. This ain't no toy, like this a real horse. So he like, I'm doing about as good as you. Dude, talk crazy to him. He was like, I'm a knight. And he was like, You don't look like a knight I've ever seen. When I say that boy was giving him the business. So then I think he was like, Let me go with you or whatever. And he was like, What your mama gonna say? He was like, Nothing, she's dead. I'm dang. So then he like, nah, you can't come with me. Come to find out, fast forward a little bit, the boy finds him anyway. So when the boy finds him, he done when he finds, see that the boy done found him, he done tend to the horses, he done found food, he cooking the food. He was like, Yeah, if you would have told me with your pavilions, why I would have got that together. He was like, I just sleep under a tree. He was like, but what if it rains? Loving this kid. By the way, the kid's name is Egg, right? So he was like, What's your name anyway? He was like, Egg. He was like, Okay. So he was like, all right, you can squire for me, whatever. So they ride or whatever, and they end up going to um the little festival thing. So one dude, well, he ended up meeting, his name is Raymond. So Raymond's cousin is uh Sir Stefan falseway, false away, or something like that. So Stefan is like beating up Raymond the weather and Raymond his squire. So he like, you try me, you know, tall dude. He was like, I don't really want to do all that. I'm just trying to find a place to be and just gone in the legacy. First of all, it was when I say there's a level of crassiness to the Game of Thrones whole saga. Because dude was like hawking and spitting, but his hawk was taking a minute, it was crazy, like almost a literal minute. So, okay, cool. So they fighting or whatever. So he ended up like trying to um get some information. He ended up going into the little, what well, I guess you could say the whorehouse. I mean, or whatever tent, I don't know. I guess. So in the midst of that, he found out all the tools he needed, like he needed a uh certain type of knife. He was like, Well, you can't use dude's knife, you know, his uh sword, you can't use his sword. So, and he was trying to get some stuff for his shield. So he ended up going to the uh puppet girl, which he ended up falling in love with her from the moment he saw her. So he ended up going to the puppet girl, and she's also tall, just of course not as tall as him, dude is six foot five. So she's probably like maybe five, nine, five, ten, maybe. So he ended up going to her, like, hey, can you like do the designs, this, this, that, and the third. So it's this going on later on in the night, he ended up meeting a dude by the name of Lionel uh Baratheon. And he's called The Laughing Storm because like he goes in the tent, but he's going to tent just to eat. He not thinking nothing of it. So he goes in the tent to eat, dude. Like, so he was like, Man, I think he wanted to like fight with some people to try to make a little bit more money. So he was like, I want to fight with you, or like team up with you, or what have you. So, dude, like, well, what you got for me? He was like, uh, nothing. And he was like, So why you in my tent? He was like, Cause supper? I'm hungry, like food. Like, I'm confused. I thought we were just eating. And so the dude, like, he sits with him, he challenges him to a dance, which the dance was like a dance fight, and he was like doing really good. He ended up passing, and um, Baratheon ended up liking him. Okay, cool. So, fast forward a little bit, of course. And he trying to uh he sees the first like little battle. So when he sees a battle, it was for um oh my gosh, what's Arian?

SPEAKER_00

Aaron. Arian, no, Arian.

SPEAKER_01

So the battle was for Arian. Uh I forgot the person he freaking battled. Anywho, he was like his thing too low, right? So egg is screaming, get him, get him, da da da. So you just think egg is really enthused. Dude, go too low, he stabs the horse, of course. So he kills the horse, and of course, the horse falls on the rider, breaking his leg. It was like, oh, that's a cheap shot, that's a cheap shot. So as um Sir Agon, not Sir Agon, Lord have mercy, sir Duncan or Dunk. So he's going on or whatever, he like seeing what he needs, trying to, you know, get his stuff together. Like I said, he befriends Raymond and stuff like that. So cool. He goes again to see a puppet show because I think he also went to go like check on his um his armor. So when he goes to do that, uh I think he no, he was somewhere else. He was uh somewhere else, I think, with Raymond and the little egg come. So when egg comes, egg is like, oh, he's hurting the puppy girl. He's had um Aaron's hurt, Arian is hurting the puppy girl. Come, you know, because I know you like her. Because he early was asking, like, do you think we'll, you know, work and stuff like that? And eggs looking like work, work what? He was like, Y'all, y'all got commonality, like y'all both tall. Like, he was like, Do you think I did a good job? He was like, good job at what? Because if you was trying to talk to her, you failed. She don't know that. I know what you was trying to do because you're awkward, but she don't know that. So because he cared about the um the puppy girl, he knew that dunk was gonna protect him. So Dunk, like, I think snap, I ain't think he breaks his, like he bit it back. No, she he was breaking, Ariam was breaking the puppy girl's fingers. So he like get them and like think he hit him and knocked them out. Well, he ain't knocked them out, but like he get them, like uh get them together. So of course when he do that, this is a Targaryen. You just run up on no Targaryen, bro. So when he does that, they get them together. So they was like, Oh yeah, we're gonna hurt them, we're gonna this. And and egg was like, No, you not. He was like, Are you cool? No, man. He was like, if y'all hurt him, y'all gonna be answering to my daddy. And he was like, Well, who the heck is your daddy? Ashford Targaryen. And he was like, and he looked, and and that's when uh um Arian looked at uh egg and was like, what happened to your hair, brother? And he was like, I cut it off, I don't want to look like you. This boy name is he was like, Ain't no egg targaring. So mind you, mind you, after this take place, we go on to the next episode. Dunk is in prison, dunk done got locked up because you didn't you didn't mess with the Targaryen, so you done got locked up. And the reason why her finger, the puppy girl's fingers was getting broken is because they would do like this puppet show with the uh with the dragon and stuff like that, and she would make the fire in part of the costume, right? So she ended up slaying the dragon the first time she didn't, but this time she did. So when she ended up slaying the dragon, it was almost like saying you slaying a Targaryen, you going against the house of Targaryen. That's problematic, so that's why he started breaking her fingers. But the boy Egg liked it. He loved he also loved the puppy show and the puppy girl. So cool, dude. Like I said, uh Dunkin' Dunkin' jail. So Ed come in and uh because his bay his uncle is uh Baylor Targaryen, Prince to the Iron Throne. So he like um he tells him, You need to go apologize to that man because you almost got him killed. You could have, you know, you could have ended that man's life because you lied. So he was like, I don't know no egg Targaryen. He was like, yeah, sure for Egon. He was like, like the king? He was like, yeah, he was like, how many eggons was king? He was like, four. Because earlier, in in a few episodes earlier, I think the episode prior, the one with uh he uh they snapping the fingers of the puppy girl, she they got their fortune rear, right? And she read his fortune saying, You're gonna be king, but people gonna be happy when you're you know when your demise comes. And it was like, why would she say that? That hurt my feelings, blah blah blah. Cool. So then um she after he goes to jail or whatever, he came out of jail because he was like, Um, why did you do that? He was like, he was hurting a woman, like you would have done the same thing. He said, Yeah, but I'm a targetarian, I'm his uncle. Ain't nothing gonna happen to me. You not hit me. And then he um they said that had to be a trial. So of course he had to fight him head up, and he didn't want to do that. Um, Arian didn't want to do that because Agar ended up explaining, like, I was actually supposed to be um squire to Darien, but Darien is a drunk and don't like to fight, and he's a poor knight. Like, I wasn't gonna learn nothing under him. And obviously, he like explained why he didn't like Arian. He was like, Arian used to walk in my room and say that he's gonna cut, you know, he did. He was like, I'm gonna cut your penis off. And he was like, that way I could turn you into my sister and marry you. First of all, let me say this it's one thing to tell me you're gonna cut off my genitalia. It's another thing to say, I'm gonna turn you into from a boy to a girl so I can marry you, sir. That's wrong. On first of all, the person saying this is already can't be no older than 10. So when was you saying this when he was five?

SPEAKER_00

Tell me about when I was little, you still are little.

SPEAKER_01

I was like, yo, like, yo. So cool they ain't up doing uh uh fight 707, right? It's trial by seven. So he so uh Arian got to pick seven people, and uh Dunk got picked seven people. Part of another reason why he was in jail is because Darion, the one that don't like to um don't like to uh fight, he mind you, your brother went missing. He had to tell his father something. So when the father was like, I hope you find my son, your son downstairs. Early in the episode, they like, oh, I hope he find my sons. One of them is drunk and the other one is downstairs. I don't know what to tell you, sir. So he was like pretty much like both sons kind of screwed him because it was like, Y'all men are looking like I'm going against how and then the third son is like, well, everybody saw me go against this Negro, but the you two don't. So cool. So now they end up picking a fight. Of course, Baratheon decided to fight with him. Raymond decided to fight with him. He had to be knighted. So, of course, it's Dunk. It was Dunk, the dude who Arian messed up um when he killed his horse, him, so the broken leg guy can't think of his name. Then he had uh Raymond, Raymond come for him. He had Baylor on his side. He was gonna have Stefan, but Stephon stopped fought on the side of Targaryen or the other Tygaryen. So he had another person come through and help um that did not like him. And he only had six, of course, with himself. So then it was like, dang, you don't have enough. And if you don't have enough by seven minutes, he won already. You have to, you know. So just so happened, Baylor decided to be his seventh person. And his brother Ashley was like, Oh, for real? You're gonna go against me? He was like, dude, is in the wrong, and you know your son is in the wrong. So what happened was they end up fighting or whatever, and at the same time during this fight, this big fight that happens, we end up finding a little bit as kind of why he kind of fell for the puppet girl. Dunk had a friend by the name of Rafe, right? And um she very quick, she very quick with the hand, right? So, and we also kind of find out how he ended up becoming um Sir Um Arlen's uh squire. Very quick with the hand. They um was very, very poor, and they was trying to find their way to the free city. I think that was the name of it. It's the name of the city of the town, the free city or something like that. So they was trying to get fair enough fare to get that. They were still in silver doing what they had to do, and the people were still from them. The other people, the grown people steal from them. Both of them were orphans. So what happened was one day she was quick with her hand and she ended up stealing for dude. One last time the dude that was stealing from them. And he got tired of that. And we got tired of that, he s he slit her throat. And so then he ended up killing her. Because he got tired of her stealing. Like, she was quick with it. She was quick. And he got he ended up, and she uh he was gone. I think did he stab him? But he I think he did no. Dunk tried to fight him, and I think he tried to, but didn't no, yes, he did, because he ended up he did, because he was injured, and that's when Sir Um Arlen came and fought the men. He ended up killing him, and um so Sir Dunk followed him around. So kind of how Sir Dunk became the squire for um Sir Arlen, that's actually how Egg kind of became his his the squire of him. So it's like how he became a squire is how Egg became his squire. It's like now I'm just gonna follow you, and you're just gonna have to accept me as just as your squire. I'm your squire now. Like, and I don't care what you said, I I'm here now. And that's kind of how he took him on, or whatever. So we find this out, and at the same time, it's because he's fighting, it looks like he's finna lose the fight. So come to find out, he does not lose the fight. He does get the Barathian, not the Baratheon boy, the Targaryen boy. He gets um uh what's his name? Arian. Yeah, Arian. He gets Arian to um what is it called? Yield. He gets him to yield, and once he gets him to yield, that's when he um is like um all his stuff. He was like, I um I withdraw my stuff, I yield, blah, blah, blah. So cool. Mind you, at the end of the episode, they try to they it looked like I ain't gonna lie, it looked like he was not finna make it, bro. He was be dog the way up. And the um uncle, they trying to get his helmet off, right? Baylor. They trying to get they lost men in life. Some people lost their life immediately, right? Baylor, they tried to get their helmet off, baby. When they finally got the helmet off his head, they took some of his head was off too.

SPEAKER_00

The back portion of his head, was gone. Out of there. It was over with.

And people was like, he was like, he felt bad, and he thought he got, he was like, I got him killed. And that's when the Baratheon dude, like Lionel was like, he wanted to, he was like, you could come with me, and I love you like a brother or whatever. He was like, I'll hate you like a brother, whichever one you choose. And he was like, No, I got dude killed, da da da. He was like, he wasn't the only one that fought for you. And he was like, used to being like that on that type of time. That dude was not the only one that fought for you, and he just did that, and he ain't even that great of a guy. So cool. All right, Raymond. Done, he done now. Mind you, one of the girls from the brothel, she good and pregnant now. Raymond, like, yeah, I'm I'm married her, and this is my wife, and we're gonna be together.

SPEAKER_00

He like do you know who baby that is? Cause she definitely don't know. She don't know.

SPEAKER_01

Maybe you could tell her. Cause what? And the girl looking at him like, don't say nothing, like, does he not know? What you do for a living? And I forgot what dude is he good with horses? Cause he had to sell actually to get some of his uh armor, uh, Dunk had to sell the white horse or whatever. So cool. He ended up going back to the Targaryen dude, and they ended up having a conversation to Ashford, and he was like, you know, he was like, people gonna think I'm a people gonna think I'm a king killer. Like, people gonna feel like I did that. He was like, well, I understand that. He was like, I feel people gonna say I killed my brother, and I ain't mean to. So he ended up asking him about egg, like, will you take him home and it's a squire? He was like, nah, because everybody I love, they end up, you know, getting killed. And that's true, they end up dying, and they end up getting killed and stuff. So he was like, I don't really want no parts. And he was like, but egg said he'll only squire for you. He was like, Well, I don't know what to say. So then I think he did end up turn he's first he said no. I think then he ended up going back, and I think when he ended up going back, he asked for egg, and I think the daddy was like, No, because you were hedge night. Because he was like, if he squires for me, I'm not finna do that pallet stuff. He finna have to learn the real stuff. And Your daddy was like, nah, my son is a prince. He's not finna be under no treat. Like, is you cool? So, sure enough, he's like, Well, okay, they couldn't agree. So, Egg then become his squire. He goes to leave, and he was like, Hey, now after the funeral, he go, the uh daddy finna go back home. He like, where egg at? Mind you, egg then ran off and followed Dunk. Again. So the very thing, like, after the fact that he fought the brother Arian, it's the fact that it's like he kidnapped egg. And now the very thing that almost got the reason why you don't have an uncle anymore is because of this very type of act.

SPEAKER_00

That baby learned nothing. He learned nothing. Not a goddamn thing. Yeah.

SPEAKER_01

So, and it's funny because he says the seven kingdoms, he was like, it's nine kingdoms. So at the end, it say, um, and that of the nine kingdoms. I don't know if season two is gonna change all of that or what, but who knows? I feel like Egon is gonna end up being what we know was to be the mad king. That's how the throne got lost to the Targaryens. I think it's gonna be him because when she said that, people was happy. Um, and it's funny because that is the Baratheon that ended up, I think it's like 40, maybe 50. Then the Baratheon, uh, not Baratheon, uh, because it was Alanister that ended his reign. So yeah, but really, really good show. If I had to rate it, I would definitely give it an 8 out of 10. It's really good, it's worth the watch. I don't know if it's gonna get uh another season, but I really do hope so. Anywho, last up on the program is uh relationship goals. Yes, I am day late dollar short. I know, I don't care. Anywho, um, so it pretty much stars uh Kelly Rowling and Method Man. So, and you can find this on Prime Video. Um, anywho, so um Kelly Rowland's character is um her name is Leah. Okay, so Leah is a um she's a showrunner. Well, she's applying to be a showrunner. I forgot what the heck she's called. She's applying to be a showrunner, but she like uh I want to say is an executive producer or like she's the producer of a show and she uh of this daytime show or whatever, and the person that's one of the anchors is actually Robin Thede, or whatever. And her name is Brenda in the movie. And Method Man, I'm so sorry, Method Man is also going trying to be a showrunner, and he is a uh he worked for uh NBC on a primetime network show or whatever. So, and that show did good, and uh Leah knew she just was up for the uh for the position of a showrunner, like she just knew she had it, or whatever. So they end up telling her, like, no, we got uh his name is Jared, by the way. We ended up getting Jared, and now you gotta fight for it. She was like, What the heck? It's pretty much my position. Now you now I gotta work for it. Okay, cool. Now Jared and Leah actually have some history. They used to date like way, way, way back in the day, or whatever. So when they used to date back in the day, I think he ended up cheating on her or something like that, right? So the big project that they have to work on that's gonna show and prove if they should become the showrunner is um it's a Valentine's Day segment. And it's actually it's funny because the executive producer is uh Devon Franklin, who was that pastor that was married to uh Megan Good. Sorry. No, it's killing me for some odd reason. I do not know why. So I understand just want to act up. Anywho, who was married to uh Megan Good, but the movie is actually based off of um a book by uh what is that man name? Mike Todd. Uh Mike Todd's book, which is actually called relationship goes, because I think it talks about kind of the journey between him and his wife and what and what happened, what happened. So Jared said, Oh, I read this book, it changed my life, I'm a better man now. You know, it taught me how to treat women and be women or whatever. So, okay, cool. I think they had to go to was it Texas? I think they had to go to Texas, and it is very God-centered, or whatever. So, okay, cool. I think that no, Oklahoma, Oklahoma. So them having to uh go to Oklahoma or whatever. No, did they go to Memphis? No, they had to go to Oklahoma from New York to actually meet them in person, see their church, go to their church, everything. So a snowstorm happened, or whatever. So they had to drive six hours to Memphis so that way they can make it home or whatever. So cool. During this time, they can't agree on nothing. Like, first of all, they like Jared's idea, like, okay, the past of this new book, this is different. Because I think she picked, I forgot what hers was, it was more morbid or whatever. And his was like, no, this could give people hope. Ain't that uh Valentine's Day about love? And it could be about hope. If you're a single person, you could read this book and then possibly know how to date to attract your mate, or if you are a married person or in a relationship, maybe these are some tips and tricks that you can use to make your relationship better. So this is like the perfect thing, or whatever. Cool. So they end up um going with his idea. She don't like nothing about it. She goes, she thinks it's all crap because she's still bitter from the way because he was like the love of her life. She loved him and he cheated on her. And then not only that, it's like, bro, now you come to take what I just know was supposed to be my my uh my promotion. Like, I loved you, you broke my heart, and now you might take my job and break my heart again. God dog, dude. So, okay, cool. So they go, or whatever. The interview is going well, but they arguing, right? So they arguing, but mind you, they're in the ear of Robin Titi, who who is the Brenda character, right? So at the same time, they're all dealing that it's the three friends. So there's um Therese, who um she's uh Latina, and she's single, right? But she's dating all the wrong guys, right? Then you got Kelly Rowland, who's single, but she's pretty much married to her job. And then you got Robin Tady, who her character, Brenda is dating a basketball player who is retiring and finding every excuse as to why he can't marry her or take that relationship to the next level. And this book literally helps all four of them figure out what they're doing or whatever. And um, Brenda's like, I can't think of the dude's name. I think it is it Devon? What it ain't Devon, what is his name? Anywho, the basketball player she's dating, she's like, we've been together for like five, six years. You ain't trying to go nowhere. I'm tired of this, whatever. Right? So cool. And she started reading the book. So when she started reading the book, she like, uh, you know what? I maybe need to move on to the next person because you you don't know, you ain't getting it together, and I and I can't keep doing this. Then at the same time, you have Therese read the book, and she's like, I need to date better, I need to find better men to date, or date myself, or whatever. And then I don't think Kelly character reads the book. I don't think Leah reads the book, but pretty much it's like you in that too, you know. So they like I said, they arguing all uh in her ear, whatever, so she can't do the interview. She ended up taking them out so she can actually uh go on with the interview. After this, they uh it's a bad snowstorm or tornado or something, some bad weather. Oh tornado, and they had to drive six hours to Memphis, and during this time, they end up like talking and kind of like beefing, but like getting through it, right? So, mind you, now they got the footage of or whatever, they gotta bring it back. They argued on everything, they is driving the editor crazy, driving him crazy, or whatever. So cool. So after a while, they finally, he was like, just give me, you know, y'all notes. They finally decide in the midst of like re-watching the interview, seeing the final cut, and having a conversation about like, you know, I was young, I was dumb, whatever, like maybe we could try again. We did bond. What if we bond again, or whatever? So they decide to go out for Valentine's Day, all right? They go out for Valentine's Day, have an amazing time. And when them two having an amazing time, they end up sleeping together or whatever. So the next day, Leah wakes up, she's like upset, she's like, we shouldn't have done this, this, this, that, and the third. And with all that, she ends up kind of like being like, you know, uh brushing them off or whatever. So she ends up, I'm trying to think, like, so she ended up like mad brushing them off or whatever. So then, because she was like saying he take everything from her, this, this, that, and the third. So the dude, like I said, Dan, who's the um, he is the retiring showrunner, and he gets to pick his successor. They love it, everything goes well, the ratings, everything is well, right? So she like um, she ended up getting become a showrunner, she gets the promotion. But the reason why she got the promotion is because dude set up that Jared sat up there, and I think he resigned, he withdrew, he resigned, and was finna go to work for oh my gosh, I can't think. He was gonna go work for another company. I think this is based in New York, if I if memory serves me correct. He was finna go to another company somewhere else, I think in Texas, I think, because Texas is in my head, so I think it's Texas. So he ended up going to work for another company, if not Atlanta. He ended up going for another company, and she pretty much, this is when we kind of have the um I still got her groove back moment, or that let me go save, go to the airport. So she sits up there and lies, which is kind of a joke, it's a callback to earlier when he got uh stopped, and she was like, Did she say da-da-da? And um, they was like, No, what are you talking about? It was another person that said that. She said that he had something suspicious in his bag. She get so he gets stopped, and then she was like, That's the only way I can get you on this side to talk to you. So she ended up talking to him and telling him how he can't leave and um that she loved him and what's the risk and everything, and of course, everything is happily after, as well as um for Teresa, she ended up calling her dog boyfriend, which I don't like that ending for her. I hate her ending. Like they gave her a dog, a chihuahua, and then put a uh a little dog tag on it that said boyfriend, and I'm looking like, and that's his name. Really? Y'all could have gave her a man. Seriously, y'all could have either gave her a man, or at least if she was gonna be by herself, she could have named the dog Bruno. Literally, she could have named the dog Beans, she could have named the dog Boy. We can just name the dog boy, boy friend. Really? That's so desperate, and I just don't like it. Like, if she was gonna be the friend that was by herself, that's fine. I get it. Kelly's the one trying to find a man, get a man, Leah's character. And then Robin Tiddy's character, Brenda, gets married. Okay, fine. We got a person get married, we got a person kindle an old flame, and she's single. That's fine. The child left her single, but to give the dog, name the dog boyfriend was just crazy to me. But anywho, that's pretty much that on that. Um, if I have to rate it, I'm giving it a seven out of ten. It is a good watch, it is a nice watch. My, like I said, I don't like what they did with uh Therese. Very good watch, though. If they would have given her a different ending, slightly different ending, I would have been happier with it. But anywho, thank you for listening to me ramble about the shows. And just to repeat what they are, um, just to recap, it was Sisters season 10, episodes 10 and 11, the burbs, um, which sisters can be found on video on demand, you purchase it or whatever. Um, the burbs, which can be found on Peacock, um, a Knight of the Seven Kingdoms, which can be found on HBO Max, as well as relationship goals that can be found on um prime video. Anywho, I've been Angelina Maria, and this has been reviews. Thank you so much for sitting with me. Okay, bye.
